Ministerial Travel

  • Minister Wawzonek will be traveling to Łutsel K’e on February 18 to attend a Talston Steering Committee Meeting.

  • Minister Cleveland will be meeting with the Official Languages Board on February 18 in Yellowknife.
  • Premier Simpson will be attending a virtual First Ministers’ Meeting on February 19.
  • Minister Cleveland will be virtually meeting with Fort Smith parents regarding French first-language education on Feb 19.
  • Minister Cleveland will be providing opening remarks at the 2024-25 Mentor-Apprenticeship Program Final Gathering on February 19 in Yellowknife.
  • Minister Kuptana will be attending an Equal Voice Planning Meeting with Mayor Alty on February 19 in Yellowknife.
  • Minister Cleveland will be meeting with Federal MP Joel Godin, Conservative Shadow Minister for Official Languages, on February 20 in Yellowknife
  • Premier Simpson will be meeting virtually with North Slave Métis Alliance on February 20.
  • Minister Cleveland will be virtually co-chairing a meeting of the Ministers’ Council on the Canadian Francophone on February 20.
  • Minister Cleveland will be virtually meeting with the BC Minister of Mining and Critical Minerals, Jagrup Brar, on February 20.
  • Minister Wawzonek will be virtually attending the Council of Ministers Responsible for Transportation and Highway safety meeting on February 20 and 21.
  • Minister Cleveland will be attending the opening of the Territorial Agrifood Association Conference on February 21 in Yellowknife.
  • Minister McKay will be meeting with Mayor Alty on February 24 in Yellowknife.
  • Minister Macdonald will be Visiting Ecole Sir John Franklin and Ecole Saint Patrick high schools to meet with their “Green Teams” with MLAs Shauna Morgan and Kate Reid on February 24.
  • Minister Wawzonek will be attending the Mackenzie Valley Highway Steering Committee Meeting with Sahtu Secretariat Incorporated and MLA McNeely, Member of the Legislative Assembly for the Sahtu on February 24 in Yellowknife.
